The acquisition follows a rebranding of imageX, a woman minority-owned small business, and a new strategic focus. In addition to a new logo and website as part of its rebranding, ImageX’s strategic plan includes the expansion of its services nationally.
The acquisition also doubles imageX’s support staff.
